This website and its call-booking service are operated by Emerald Sands FZ-LLC under the Ali Rihani personal brand.

Information you provide

When you book or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, website, appointment details and the questions you choose to share. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your booking notes.

How we use it

We use this information to arrange and deliver your call, send booking confirmations and reminders, respond to your messages, manage payments and refunds, and keep records of our work together. Further research or implementation is agreed separately after the call. We may also send relevant news, insights and service updates where permitted by law and with your consent where required. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Services involved

We use service providers to host the website, manage bookings and client records, deliver communications and online meetings, and process payments. They receive the information needed to perform these functions and may process it outside your country. Stripe processes payments; we do not store your full card number.

Analytics and website preferences

With your analytics permission, Google Analytics measures page visits, referral sources and booking steps so we can understand how the website is used. We do not intentionally send your name, email, phone number or booking notes to Google Analytics. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Booking and payment services may use their own necessary cookies or similar technologies.

Keeping and protecting information

Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate the service. We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver agreed services and maintain relevant business records. Payment and accounting records are retained for applicable legal obligations. Information may also be retained to resolve disputes or protect the service. Google Analytics event data is configured with a 14-month retention period.
